The role is based in our head office in Wairau Valley, North Shore, Auckland. This will be a full-time position (40hrs) - Monday to Friday. Normal hours are: 7:00am – 3.30pm Mon-Thursday, & 6.30am – 3.00pm Friday.The Role will involve working with MYOB with strong accounting experience -Enter and process accounts payable and receivable invoices.Maintain MYOB and perform bank reconciliations.General ledger management, reconciliations & financial managementProduce Financial reports & involvement in monthly meetingsAssist with debt collection processEnter customer orders into MYOBHandle administrative tasks such as answering phones, emails & processing ordersAddress questions from staff and customers on orders and accountsAssist with HRAbility to prioritise, organise & meet deadlinesAttention to detail, ability to multi-task, work independently & as a teamProactive/positive approach and mindsetWhat You'll Need to Succeed:Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles, with previous experience.Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.A committed, organised, and self-motivated achiever.An innovative mindset to enhance and grow business systems.A positive, enthusiastic team player who thrives on challenges and change.This is a role for a reliable, hardworking and organized individual with good knowledge of MYOB.Why choose Track Magic Ltd:Great team/friendly workplaceBonus systemCurrent staff numbers of 25 over 3 branches (Auckland, Wellington & Christchurch)Easy commute – close to motorway on/offrampsIf you have the above skills and experience, send us your CV with a short cover letter outlining your suitability for the position.How do your skills match this job?How do your skills match this job?Sign in and update your profile to get insights.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?
