We are a well-established curtain track & rod manufacturing company, servicing the whole country for over 23 years. The role is based in our head office in Wairau Valley, North Shore, Auckland. This will be a full-time position (40hrs) - Monday to Friday. Normal hours are: 7:00am – 3.30pm Mon-Thursday, & 6.30am – 3.00pm Friday.The Role will involve working with MYOB with strong accounting experience:Enter and process accounts payable and receivable invoices.Maintain MYOB and perform bank reconciliations.General ledger management, reconciliations & financial management.Produce Financial reports & involvement in monthly meetings.Assist with debt collection process.Enter customer orders into MYOB.Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones, emails & processing orders.Address questions from staff and customers on orders and accounts.Assist with HR.Ability to prioritise, organise & meet deadlines.Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, work independently & as a team.Proactive/positive approach and mindset.What You'll Need to Succeed:Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles, with previous experience.Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.A committed, organised, and self-motivated achiever.An innovative mindset to enhance and grow business systems.A positive, enthusiastic team player who thrives on challenges and change.This is a role for a reliable, hardworking and organized individual with good knowledge of MYOB.Why choose Track Magic Ltd:Great team/friendly workplace.Bonus system.Current staff numbers of 25 over 3 branches (Auckland, Wellington & Christchurch).Easy commute – close to motorway on/offramps.If you have the above skills and experience, send us your CV with a short cover letter outlining your suitability for the position.
