As our Customer Service Manager, you will: Ensure prompt and professional handling of customer inquiries through various channels.
Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives to ensure exceptional service.
Develop strategies to enhance the customer journey, boost satisfaction, and improve retention.
Handle escalations with grace, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance communication.
