As our Customer Service Manager, you will: Ensure prompt and professional handling of customer inquiries through various channels.
Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives to ensure exceptional service.
Develop strategies to enhance the customer journey, boost satisfaction, and improve retention.
Handle escalations with grace, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance communication.
Provide ongoing training, feedback, and support to your team, empowering them to deliver excellence.
What You Bring to the Role: A successful Customer Service Manager should embody a variety of behaviours that contribute to effective leadership and excellent customer service.

Customer-Centric Leadership: With at least 3 years in customer experience, preferably in engineering consumables, you inspire and motivate your team.

Technical Proficiency: You are skilled in Microsoft Office, e-commerce platforms, and ERP systems for efficient task management.
Focus on Efficiency: You apply the 80:20 principle to maximise results.
You always seek ways to add value to the team and customer experience.
Please Note: To be considered for this role, you must reside in New Zealand and have secured working rights.
