Full timeThe Clean Crew is a well-established, Hawkes Bay-owned and operated cleaning service provider, currently working across all industries by providing a wide range of premium quality and reliable domestic & commercial cleaning services.The RoleAs a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the organization's customer service operations. Your primary focus will be ensuring that customers receive outstanding service and support while also leading a team of customer service representatives to meet and exceed service goals. You will manage day-to-day activities, implement best practices, and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.Tasks and ResponsibilitiesOversee daily customer service operations, ensuring inquiries and issues are handled quickly and effectively.Continuously review and improve service processes for better customer experiences.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns.Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and supportive transition.Ensure consistent service quality through regular audits and performance reviews.Engage with the team to encourage open communication, feedback, and collaboration.Hold regular team meetings to share updates, set goals, and address challenges.Keep both the team and clients informed of any changes in policies or services.Provide ongoing feedback, recognition, and training to the team to foster growth.Assist in recruiting and developing a high-performing customer service team.QualificationsBachelor's Degree or relevant experience.Minimum of 2 years of experience in cleaning and/or customer service management role.Strong leadership and team management skills and the ability to motivate and develop staff.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Systems.Ability to handle weekend work pressure.
