As the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the three direct managers and their teams to provide a high-quality service to the people Enliven supports and all other internal and external customers.
Excellent customer service will be a passion of yours, and you will actively contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the wider teams.
You will also ensure optimal scheduling practices are allocated efficiently and effectively, and that risks, issues, and complaints are well managed.
The Customer Service Manager role is an integral part of our senior leadership team and will see you working collaboratively with key Enliven and wider Presbyterian Support management team members to contribute towards the strategic direction of Enliven.
