Job Title: Customer Service Manager   We currently have an opportunity for a Customer Service Manager to join our busy team to help us manage the customers needs, expectations and feedbacks to ensure we are providing positive experiences for our customers. This role involve, but not limited to, the following job descriptions: ·       Deals and communicate with customers about their needs; ·       Handling complaints from customers and providing solutions; ·       Liaises with Directors in meeting customers satisfaction; ·       Control and observe the interactions between customers and staff; ·       Monitoring reviews and feedback from customers to maintain positive reputation of the company; ·       Being the first point of contact for any conflicts that may arise between customers and staff; ·       Brainstorming ways of improving customer experience within the company; ·       Implementing a standard of customer service; ·       Managing and maintaining team in enhancing quality of service of the company; ·       all other tasks as required by a Customer Service Manager.   Successful Candidate must have at least 3 years of relevant work experience or at least a NZQF level 4 qualification in Business / Commerce / Management or any similar areas. This is a full-time role with guaranteed hours of at least 30 hours per week.
