Customer Service Manager /Csm/

We're looking for one full-time Customer Service Manager to join the team in Wellington.
We're on the lookout for a motivated and customer-focused person to help us grow and provide exceptional service.
The right applicant will require at least 3 years of customer service experience or a relevant certificate or above.

The Role: As a Customer Service Manager, you will:
Plan and provide after sales support and services
Maintain functional stock levels within budget constraints
Ensure customer service provision by care sales persons
Review customer service relations between customers and sales persons
Monitor targets
Ensure and maintain sales records

The pay rate is from $29.66-$32 per hour based on qualifications or work experience.
