We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Clyde depot.
Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our customers have exceptional experiences, from their first enquiry through to completing their bicycle tour.
This is a varied and fast-paced role where you'll need to think on your feet, juggle priorities, and support your colleagues by 'paying it forward.'

The role runs from October to May, perfect for those who love a seasonal lifestyle or have other commitments in winter.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service, both over the phone and in person.
Assist with bike fittings to ensure customers have a safe and comfortable ride.
Manage customer enquiries via email/phone and help with bookings.
Resolve issues and handle day-to-day operations at the depot.
Work closely with our team of mechanics, drivers, and office staff to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications: Experience in customer service, ideally in tourism or outdoor recreation.
Knowledge of bikes and cycling equipment is a bonus.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Familiarity with booking systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets.
Positive attitude with a passion for helping others enjoy cycling adventures.
