Customer Service

Location - Onehunga Days and hours: Mon – Fri, 7:30am – 5pm, 45 hours per week. 
Key responsibilities
•    Provide sales support for all branch customers. •    Liaise with Internal Sales teams for contract sales fulfilment as appropriate. •    Complete administration tasks as required as per Branch Performance Standards including taking responsibility for correct invoicing, inventory receipting, credits.•    Develop and maintain productive relationships with customers.•    Ensure the branch operates in line with Branch Performance Standards•    Monitor debtor's accounts, as required by the branch manager & credit department.
Key Attributes 
•    Excellent customer service skills are paramount to ensure a strong customer relationship and that all customers' needs are met.•    An advanced knowledge of Hynds products and application knowledge is important, as is an understanding of how products work together to form solutions.•    Can demonstrate business acumen and speak in clear business language•    Is business smart and understands the key levers that drive business performance.  •    Practical understanding and experience of health and safety standards•    NZ driver licence full class 1 and F endorsement.
The role is based out of our Onehunga Branch. This position provides a competitive remuneration in the wage range of $29.66 to $34.39 per hour and health insurance. All candidates will be expected to pass a pre-employment alcohol and drug screen test along with satisfactorily passing a medical and criminal history check. Applications Close 5 December 2024
