Customer ServicesRate and manifest vessels after sailingHigh degree of accuracy requiredCreate and finalise load listsSend to the port, Logistics and plannersUpload data to specific customers' online portals as required in order to complete information flow enabling payment of freightArrange cartage as required, update accruals registerChase up overdue (outstanding) containers with customersAnswer general queries from customers regarding bookingsRespond to all cargo booking requests as requiredCreation of booking within CargoWiseEnsure customers are informed of any changes to bookingsWhat's in it for you
