Customer Service & Import/Export Officer An opportunity exists for a logical, process driven individual to support the logistics and supply team in both domestic and export markets. They will be responsible for processing orders, working in conjunction with the Customer Service Team Leader on demand planning, daily SOH balancing, purchase ordering, stock management, order receipting as well as all import/export related functions. Ensuring all enquiries from franchisees, direct customers, suppliers and transport providers are managed to the highest standards is also required. The logistics team pride themselves on their >99.8% service records. The successful individual will be a part of providing excellent service to all other functions of the business. This includes assisting in stock takes and in reconciliation of orders, receipts and purchases. The preferred individual will have worked in a logistical role with preferred 2-3 years experience dealing with importing and exporting operations. Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word; 2-3 years experience is preferred but not necessary, as is experience with using Apple Mac and ERP software. The successful applicant must be able to work with a diverse range of people, both internally and externally, have a strong sense of team spirit, be self-motivated, results orientated and have excellent time management and disciplined processing skills.
