Catering to both local short-term customers and larger long-term contracts, we meet the transport needs of everyone from big names in infrastructure, construction, film/TV, and sporting events to independent contractors, and casual weekend hirers.
As a Customer Service/Groomer, you need excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as a confident phone manner to field queries, provide advice, and put quotes and contracts together.
You will also ensure our vehicles are well groomed, maintained, and ready for hire.
Show great attention to detail and have excellent time management skills.
From time to time, you may be required to help out across all areas of our branch operations.
What you'll do: Keep the branch's vehicle and rental fleet groomed to the highest standards Ensure all the necessary compliance checks are carried out Help identify and escalate any repair and maintenance issues Deliver/pick up vehicles in the region Create contracts and complete transactions Manage maintenance and damages effectively Answer phones - provide sales advice and quotes What you need: Full Class 1 Driver Licence Great communication skills to enable you to work with a variety of people and build successful working relationships Good computer skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Willingness to take ownership A positive can-do attitude Able to work on a rostered basis - our branch is open Monday-Saturday Who we are: We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including enhanced employer Kiwisaver contributions, frontline management qualifications, flexible working, and company-funded life insurance.
