Full Time Competitive pay + Additional leave options As the Customer Service Delivery Team Leader (CSD Team Leader) at Smith&Smith (Belron NZ), you'll be part of a great Team of Team Leaders that includes guiding a team of 10+ Customer Service Representatives, ensuring seamless handling of enquiries, booking appointments, promoting value-added products and services, and ensuring the prompt and professional resolution of concerns or complaints. Hours: 40 hours across the week
What we're looking for Expert in performance management, guiding team members to excellence, and navigating difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy. Strong communication skills to foster collaboration and ensure clear customer interactions. Demonstrated capability to address challenges and find effective solutions promptly. A strategic mindset to implement sales and service strategies for sustained growth. Experience in cultivating a cohesive and high-performing customer service team.
