Customer Service Delivery Representative Join our team as a Customer Service Representative where you'll be the primary liaison between our valued customers and branch network. Your main focus will be to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service throughout their journey with us, with day-to-day tasks involving the handling of customer enquiries, processing orders, and addressing any concerns or queries promptly and professionally. Embracing a cross-functional approach, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with teams across the organisation, such as logistics and branch operations – supporting our mission to help keep Kiwis safe on our roads.
We have a variety of contracts available that range from 20, 30 or 40 hours rostered between 7:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Saturday.
You'll be joining a collaborative and vibrant team, and given full support and training to ensure you are perfectly equipped with all the knowledge and solutions you will need to help with customer queries.
Location: NZ Napier Support office (105 Ford Road, Onewaka 4110)
Hours: 20, 30 or 40 hours rostered between 7:00am and 7:00pm Monday to Saturday.
What we're looking for:
Prior experience in a customer service role, ideally with phone or administration experience.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Confident with computers and using multiple systems.
Ability to work independently and efficiently while also ensuring availability to work agreed hours per week rostered between 07:00am and 07:00pm Monday to Saturday, with the Saturday worked on rotation within the team (generally once every 3 weeks).
