Rotorua Toyota is looking for a new team member to join our Customer Services team in our purpose-built new facility on Lake Road Rotorua.
Key Attributes: Customer friendly and customer focused
Accurate with detail both written and verbal
Confident on the phone to follow your customers up
What's NOT required: An in-depth knowledge of cars.
This role has previously been labelled vehicle sales but in reality, it is a customer-facing, customer services role. If you've got the right attitude, we're happy to train and support you into a new and exciting career. Rostered Saturdays are required; we're closed Sundays.
