Are you looking for a new challenge, where problem-solving and customer service come together? We are seeking an experienced administrator who has a passion for working with people and systems, to join our team in the key role of Service Coordinator.
Te Mahi/About the Position
Permanent full-time position, based in our Christchurch office, working up to 80 hours per fortnight. Usual hours of work will be rostered over seven days, including weekend and evening shifts, between the hours of 7:00am and 9:30pm.
You will play a key role in the organisation, liaising with both clients, support workers and internal support services to provide a consistent and quality service.
Key Aspects:
Proactively utilising the client management computer system, service coordinators will work as a team to ensure:
Support worker rosters are accurate and timely.
Visits are scheduled effectively and in line with service requirements.
All support worker leave is managed effectively.
An up-to-date and 'live' overview of service delivery is maintained at all times.
Effective and timely communication with clients and workforce, including proactively responding to queries or concerns.
Working with the Community Services Team Leaders and Service Manager, the successful applicant will have a great rapport with all clients and staff and will assist with proactive management of any performance issues.

To be successful in this role, you will have recent experience working with staff and clients either in the healthcare sector, or in a role where you have used computer systems to allocate workloads, problem solve and think critically, whilst maintaining an exceptional level of customer service.
You will also have the following skills:
