About the role: Manage customer queries over the phone and occasionally face to face Book rental cars Maintain strong relationships with internal staff and customers Ensure accurate records for all bookings Keep systems accurate and up to date Keep your team in the loop on bookings and customer queries Order office supplies and assist with arranging events On occasion you may need to move vehicles - so you must be a confident driver with a clean Restricted/Full drivers license About you: You have previous experience dealing with customers face to face and over the phone You have the ability to pick up extra tasks when needed and help your team You have a high level of attention to detail and are accurate with important information You can handle customer interactions with professionalism and empathy You are a good communicator and have excellent verbal and written communication skills You love to work in a team that all steps in to help each other and don't mind offering a helping hand You are computer savvy and quick learning new systems - experience in Excel would be an advantage This company lives and breathes a positive and collaborative workplace.
