Make proactive outbound calls to promote our products and services. Schedule and coordinate technicians' appointments with customers. Resolve customer queries in a timely manner. Convert inquiries into sales by identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate customer records in our database systems while ensuring compliance. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience. Requirements : Eligible to work full-time in New Zealand. Minimum of 1-year of experience working in customer service or call centre environments is essential. Demonstrated experience in phone sales and converting enquiries into sales. Competent in using multiple database systems and email programs. Skilled in accurate data entry. Strong verbal and electronic communication skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure while maintaining a positive and friendly tone. Excellent multitasking and workload prioritisation skills. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities. Dedicated to delivering a 'wow' experience to customers. Team-oriented with a focus on supporting colleagues. Professional, reliable and punctual.
