About the role
As part of our Contact Centre whanau, you will have the opportunity to make a positive difference to our members and colleagues health and wellbeing. You will deliver exceptional customer service, fostering member satisfaction and brand loyalty.You will ensure our members maximize the value of their insurance products by efficiently resolving inquiries and processing policy changes.You will practice continuous improvement, keeping up to date with your knowledge around changes in policy, product, and processes.Accurately record and manage inquiry details using our systemsAbout you:
