You'll need a sense of adventure, patience and fantastic problem-solving skills, and if you have some basic car knowledge and an extra friendly and confident personality, read on!The customer service consultants' primary focus is on delivering a professional customer service experience.Helping to assistJUCY customers each day you'll befinding solutions for our customers while they are onthe road whileefficiently managing the scheduling and coordination of vehicle repair, maintenance, procurement, and fleet service activities. Your dedication to delivering exceptional serviceis crucial for maintaining the high quality of our offerings.As part of this role, the customer service consultant will processinbound sales opportunities from various channels, such as walk-ins, phone calls, emails, live chat, and social media, to process inbound sales opportunities for all JUCY Group products. Ensuring a high conversion rate of potential customers into confirmed bookings.This is a permanent full-time position in which you would work across a rotating roster. Shifts are between 7 am and 9 pm, including weekends and public holidays.What you need: A minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer services role To be a conversationalist, and to enjoychatting to customers via phone and email and helping them on their journey – it's all inbound support. Have fantastic problem-solving and negotiation skills, resourceful and think outside the box Have exceptional customer service skills, including perfect written and spoken English.
