Customer Service Co-ordinator The Job You will be responsible for ensuring maximum customer satisfaction for our customers, making your role incredibly vital. Responsibilities: Dealing with incoming customer calls and enquiries Receive and process all customer orders Process invoices, credits and handle pricing enquiries Liaise with warehouse and freight companies to respond to queries regarding order status, delivery ETAs, damaged products and processing claims Monitor stock levels and liaise with Operations Manager and warehouse staff on physical stock levels Support office admin including ordering office supplies Excellent written and oral communication skills and a great phone manner Ability to remain calm under pressure Positive pro-active attitude and enthusiasm Ability to utilise initiative Intermediate to good computer skills Requirements: Previous experience in a customer service, administration/invoicing, or warehouse role Experience using an ERP system and an understanding of Inventory We offer: Modern office with a small team Supportive work environment Opportunities to learn and grow Monday to Friday hours 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Possibility to have seasonal flexibility in hours worked If you have what it takes to drive us ahead, be quick to apply online or send in your full resume and a cover letter to ****** .
