We seek a diligent, reliable, highly competent and dedicated professional to join the team.Customer Service Co-ordinatorThe JobYou will be responsible for ensuring maximum customer satisfaction for our customers, making your role incredibly vital.Responsibilities:Dealing with incoming customer calls and enquiriesReceive and process all customer ordersProcess invoices, credits and handle pricing enquiriesLiaise with warehouse and freight companies to respond to queries regarding order status, delivery ETAs, damaged products and processing claimsMonitor stock levels and liaise with Operations Manager and warehouse staff on physical stock levelsSupport office admin including ordering office suppliesExcellent written and oral communication skills and a great phone mannerAbility to remain calm under pressurePositive pro-active attitude and enthusiasmAbility to utilise initiativeIntermediate to good computer skillsRequirements:Previous experience in a customer service, administration/invoicing, or warehouse roleExperience using an ERP system and an understanding of InventoryWe offer:Modern office with a small teamSupportive work environmentOpportunities to learn and growMonday to Friday hours 8:30 am to 5:00 pmPossibility to have seasonal flexibility in hours workedIf you have what it takes to drive us ahead, be quick to apply online or send in your full resume and a cover letter to ****** confidentiality is assured.
