We have an opportunity for an experiencedleader to join our Customer Experience Team, which is made up of CustomerService, Checkouts and Online Fulfilment. This role delivers on continuousgrowth within our team and focuses on our campaign to Win in Customer Experience.
Primarily focusing on maximisingthe efficiency of the department and leading, motivating and supporting developmentof the team, responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Leading Checkout and Customer Service teammembersTraining and DevelopmentTeam Member one-on-onesRostersCustomer feedback and team performanceInstore processes and returns policy.Reporting Data
