If you're passionate about customer service and looking for a role where you can grow, we want to hear from you.What you'll do:Responding to enquiries with enthusiasm to convert salesUpselling packages to customersLiaising with vineyards to book in customer lunches / toursLiaising with existing customers / prospective customersEmail and phone enquiriesCreating and sending quotesFollowing up on leads / quotes to try convert into sales / bookingsGreeting customers upon arrivalGeneral marketing and social mediaManage key customer relationships and serviceCoordinate pilots, staff and aircraft to all be in the right place at the right timeWhat's on offer:Flexible schedule: Must be available Saturday & Sunday, with your choice of three other weekdaysHours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PMPerfect for someone who:Has strong communication skills and a customer-first mindsetThrives in a fast-paced environmentExperience in Customer service (ideally face to face)Interested in learning new skillsYou must have the right to work in NZ - no sponsorship available.Please submit your CV as part of your application.Apply online for this role or contact Cat for more information.
