Three Boys Brewery needs an enthusiastic, motivated person to join their team to provide excellent customer service, sales support, and sales administration.
It's a variable and multi-faceted job with components in customer support, sales, administration, logistics, public relations, and promotion.
But don't worry, we have support and processes to help.
This role is between 20 to 25 hours a week.
We need someone to be at the brewery at least 4 days a week, but we can be flexible around timing.
The role would be great for a parent with school runs or someone who has other commitments.
Summer is our busiest period, so we need someone who is available during this time.
Key Responsibilities: Providing exceptional customer service to new and existing customers Process and manage order invoicing and delivery logistics efficiently and accurately Perform basic bookkeeping duties through Xero Maintain strong relationships with distributors, freight handlers, suppliers, and sponsorship partners Manage our "low key" Front of House, including staff rostering and duties and provide some Front of House service Keep our customers up-to-date with product availability and new product release Help manage and enhance our website and online shop Help manage and enhance our social media – Instagram and Facebook.
The ideal person would: Love dealing with a broad range of people Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills Be experienced in customer service/sales support.
Have experience in administrative work with proficiency in Excel, Xero, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Because we are a small, busy business we also need someone who has: Strong time management skills and can manage multiple tasks in a busy working environment.
Is focused with strong organisational skills and attention to detail Someone who likes working as part of a team Someone who is fit, moves fast, and is not afraid to jump in with some physical help.
Other skills that would be great: Experience with social media marketing Familiarity with editing and using Square Space A Duty Managers Licence Knowledge and appreciation of craft beer would be a real advantage.
