Job Responsibilities:
Provide top-notch customer support for online orders and product inquiries.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computers, printers, and Wi-Fi networks of the internal team.
Manage, maintain and update user accounts on Microsoft 365.
Utilize Microsoft Teams for effective internal communication and collaboration.
Train and assist colleagues in using various software and hardware.
Perform graphic design tasks for the company's website banner, ads, contents, etc.
Requirements Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in customer service and technical support roles.
Strong knowledge of IT troubleshooting, particularly with computers, printers, Wi-Fi and network issues.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, including account management and administration.
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools.
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
Preferably with basic graphic design skills in creating website banners, ads, etc.
