The candidate will play a critical role in the daily operations of tours for transit passengers in Singapore. Job Description
To be stationed at customer service booths at the transit terminals of Singapore Changi Airport.
Provide customer service for the booking, registration, waitlist and enquires of transit tours for passengers.
Upkeep the customer service booths and ensure they are in good working condition and cleanliness.
Maintain all equipment and logistics at the booths and ensure security of items.
Escort passengers to meeting point & liaise with tour guides for commencement of transit tours.
Attend all required trainings and updates.
Uphold a high level of customer service standard.
Manage feedback and complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
Compile daily reports to project manager and supervisor.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and learn continuously.
Proficiency in MS Office and tour management software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of travel regulations and industry standards.
Fluency in English both verbal and written.
Availability to work at least four shifts a week, including public holidays and weekends.
