As part of our Customer Banking Inbound Team, you'll be handling inbound contacts from our customers via phone, email, and social media.
You'll be expected to provide an excellent service experience by quickly and efficiently assessing customer needs and helping deliver the right solution.
Because we are a small organisation, the successful applicant will have the opportunity to develop a solid foundation for any future aspirations in banking.
Once able to work independently, we provide the tools to allow the successful applicant to work flexibly from home:
Wednesday - 8.00am to 3.30pmThursday - 8.00am to 3.30pmFriday - 11:45am to 7.15pmSaturday - 9am to 4:15pmThere's also the option of picking up additional hours, when on offer.
