As an After Hours Coordinator, you will be confident in answering high volumes of phone-based inquiries from our clients and support workers.We have two part-time positions available, based in our CBD office in Tamaki Makaurau, Auckland.Position one hours required are: Monday and Friday 3PM - 9.30PM, and Saturday 8.30AM - 5.30PMPosition two hours required are: Monday and Wednesday 4PM - 10PM, and Sunday 1PM - 9.30PMResponsibilities may include but will not be limited to:Dealing with complaints and incidentsFilling shifts for external clients, funders and competitorsWritten reports to ManagementLoading of Homecare referrals and extensionsIn-depth handover when finishing/starting shiftsExperience working in a call centre environment role is preferredThe ability to thrive under pressure while managing high volume calls and multi-tasking successfullyExcellent communication skills and professional phone mannerProven customer service skills – a genuine interest for helping othersResilience to push throughOnly suitable candidates will be contacted for an interview and applications will be reviewed as they are received, therefore resulting in the role closing early if the right applicant is found.Applicants for this position must be a NZ Citizen/Resident or have a valid NZ work visa, and be able to work through the end of year holiday period.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?Do you have customer service experience?How many years' experience do you have as an After Hours Coordinator?Have you worked in a call centre before?What's your expected hourly rate?
