Meet and greet customers, process their vehicles for the repair journey and assist with customer mobility needs.Answer internal and external customer enquiries (e.g., Email, face to face, phone)Proactively reviewing, monitoring and communicating to customers ensuring an exceptional experience.Building & maintaining relationships with stakeholders (customers, suppliers, colleagues)Fill in onsite when staff are absent or on leave where other stuff cannot cover the gaps.
