Job Description Customer Service Administrator Permanent Telford
L & C Consulting are recruiting with a well-known and respected Telford organisation for a new Customer Service Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be part of a team focusing on providing a high level of support to customers via phone and email. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work from home 2-3 days a week.
Duties will include (but not be limited to):
Input of data to database
Email and phone enquiries
Build customer relationships
Update CRM
Reporting
To be considered for this excellent opportunity in Telford, applicants MUST have previous office-based Administration or Customer Service experience.
You will be well-organised, IT literate, and have good communication and customer service skills.
As well as the opportunity to work from home a couple of days a week, the role also comes with a generous holiday and pension, as well as opportunities to progress for the right person.
The site is accessible on public transport from most parts of Telford, though it is also accessible from Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Shifnal, Ironbridge, Newport, and Telford.
