Customer Service Administrator Wanted!

Are you looking for a rewarding career in the appliance repair industry? Do you have excellent communication and organizational skills? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our team!

We are a local appliance repair business that offers high-quality services for a variety of household appliances. We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our growing team in New Plymouth and help us provide exceptional service to our clients.

You will be responsible for:

Answering phone calls and emails from customers and scheduling appointments
Providing quotes and invoices for appliance repair services
Coordinating with technicians and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Maintaining accurate records of customer information, service orders, and payments
Handling customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner
Performing other administrative tasks as needed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Previous experience in customer service, administration, or appliance repair
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
Knowledge of appliance repair terminology and procedures or mechanical aptitude would be a strong advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
A friendly and positive attitude
Hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm. You'll enjoy working in a friendly and supportive team, and a work uniform is provided.
