At Massey Halls, we offer a range of services to enhance the student experience, and we are looking for a dedicated Customer Services Administrator (Finance Portfolio) to join our high-performing team on our Wellington Campus.
About the Role:
As a Customer Services Administrator, you will provide essential financial administrative support from student arrivals to ongoing customer service throughout their stay. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our residents feel a true sense of belonging and are well-supported during their university journey.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all resident finance and administrative tasks efficiently.
Debt collection.
Provide exceptional customer service to students and their families.
Support students in their transition to university life, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Excellent customer service skills and a passion for working with young people.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with residents.
Competent administration skills with a knack for multi-tasking.
A keen interest in financial administration.
Attention to detail and the ability to follow processes and meet deadlines.
Inclusivity and approachability, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Experience:
Previous experience in finance administration, customer service, or front-of-house roles is advantageous.
The salary band for this position is $48,036.00 to $63,675.00 (NZD) based on skills and experience.
