We value diversity and the unique strengths each team member brings. The Role: As a Customer Account Manager, you will be the voice of EBSCO, responsible for managing a portfolio of clients. Your key duties will include: Responding to customer inquiries via phone and emailBuilding and maintaining strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retentionConducting regular outreach to gather feedback and follow up on renewalsIdentifying cross-selling opportunities to enhance client experiencesOrganizing training sessions and client visitsCollaborating with other departments to resolve customer issuesReporting on trends and providing insights to managementWhat We're Looking For: A confident communicator with an excellent command of English (both written and oral)A minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service Account ManagementA proactive, customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering A+ serviceWhy Join Us?
