This is a busy role, where you will be actively participating in Internal Sales Team functions, including sales administration, handling inbound and outbound calls, servicing new and existing customers, responding to customer product enquiries, database maintenance and overall management of customer expectations.
In addition, you will be supporting the General Manager with managing day to day systems and procedures, to ensure the most efficient processes are being utilised to meet client outcomes and company KPI's.What's great about this role:Busy, challenging role with lots of varietyCareer growth and development opportunitiesBe part of a dynamic, team-oriented, productive workforceHigh successful business with an excellent cultureDuties:Efficiently action customer requests and enquiries over the phone and via emailEnsure quote requests are actioned with priorityHandle Sales Rep phone calls and emails & coordinate any priority jobsManage relationships with an existing network of customersResolve customer issues or complaintsEnsure all relevant product/order details are entered into the ERP systemMake relevant outbound calls as requiredSkills and Experience:Have an adaptable mindset, a high level of charismaBe someone who is a positive productive & conducive team memberHigh level of Computer literacy including MS Office, CRM & ERP systemsTake ownership of each enquiry, understanding the customer's needs & actioning effectivelyDemonstrated internal sales & customer support experienceExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalA passion for working with people and making a differenceSelf-motivated, enthusiastic "can-do" attitudeProfessional manner and the ability to utilise your initiativeTime management & excellent organizational skillsMust have full NZ working rightsMust be willing to undertake a pre-employment drug testHow to apply:All applications are to be submitted online – click APPLY.
