Your mission: to turn those "I think I'm leaving" moments into "I'm staying because you've got my back" moments.
Whether it's helping merchants who no longer require our services, renewing expired contracts, or introducing them to exciting new products, you'll be at the heart of our customer retention strategy.
Your Daily Adventures will include: Contacting merchants who've indicated they're ready to part ways with EFTPOS NZ and understanding their reasons.
(You'll be their trusted advisor, not just a salesperson!
)Troubleshooting concerns by offering tailored solutions and pricing to keep them on board.Renewing expired contracts and introducing new EFTPOS products to increase value for customers and boost business for both sides.Building long-lasting relationships that lead to repeat business and satisfied customers!
Skills and experience we desire A problem-solver who can turn a "no" into a "let's make this work."Excellent communicator – you know how to listen, empathize, and offer the right solutions in a way that feels personal.A data-driven mindset – you'll love diving into customer insights and using them to tailor your approach.Experience with customer retention or sales is a plus, but a passion for building relationships is what counts the most.A positive attitude and resilience – sometimes customers just need a little extra care to stay loyal!
