Global Financial Services – Auckland airport, North IslandGlobal Finance is looking for an experienced Customer Retention Adviser on a 12 months fixed term contract to join its Mortgage Team to help customers manage and renew/refix their existing home loans.Global Finance has settled over $14 billion in mortgage and personal risk insurance and has been in the industry for more than 25 years. We have won over 50 industry awards, making it one of the leading advisory practices in the country.Having already worked in a customer-oriented environment, your role at the company will involve:Contacting existing customers in a timely manner to remind them about their home loan renewal or refix.Liaising with customers on fixed term home loan rates options, loan repayments, and break costs.Liaising with customers to understand their present and future home loan needs or any challenges with the repayment of the mortgages.Negotiating with their existing bank the best interest rates that can be offered.Updating customers on offers available in other banks and checking their eligibility.Liaising with internal Mortgage Advisers to ensure customers receive sound advice on their mortgages.To be successful in the role, you must have:One or more years of relevant experience in mortgage or home loan space in New Zealand or overseas.Experience and confidence to connect with customers over the phone and in person.A friendly personality and complete dedication to customer service.Strong numerical and analytical reasoning ability.Completion of National Certificate in Financial Services - Level 5 or pursuing Level 5 will be advantageous.The OfferYou will receive a fixed salary package with ample opportunities for growth.You will be supported by industry training and ongoing mentoring coupled with a warm and friendly atmosphere.Global Finance is an Accredited Employer.
