Customer Relationship Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Customer Relationship Manager to join a leading commercial cleaning company with a strong presence across New Zealand. This role is pivotal in maintaining strong relationships with both clients and franchisees, ensuring the highest standards of service are upheld across all sites. This role is located in the Hawkes Bay area.From humble beginnings as a family-run business in 1979, they have grown into one of the largest New Zealand-owned cleaning companies, with over 140 franchise owners and 900 staff nationwide. They provide top-notch cleaning services to over 1,800 clients across a variety of industries.
