As a Customer Relationship Consultant, you will collaborate closely with the sales and finance teams to ensure the successful delivery of all used vehicles.
Your focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, demonstrating vehicle features, and ensuring an impeccable customer experience throughout the buying process.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet & Greet customers
Schedule, book, and attend to deliveries
Introduce customers to service and administration staff
Explain maintenance schedules and warranties
Conduct product demonstrations
Strive to meet or exceed set delivery goals
Conduct post-delivery follow-up calls to customers
Address any customer queries

To be considered for this position, applicants must have full working rights in New Zealand, a valid NZ driver's licence, and availability to work weekends as part of a 5-day roster.
