Customer Relations Manager - 6 Month Contract

Customer experience is at the heart of everything they do, and in the pivotal role of Customer Relations Manager , you will play a key part in shaping that experience.
In this role, you will manage customer complaints and feedback, ensuring swift resolutions while analysing trends to drive continuous improvement.
Your efforts will not only enhance customer satisfaction but also strengthen their reputation as a customer-centric organisation!
This role will start in January 2025 and is a fixed term 6 month contract.

The Detail
Manage and respond to customer communications received by email, phone, text, and social media
Conduct inquiries and analyse customer complaints
Liaise with dealerships, sales, and service management
Develop and maintain relationships with customers
Act as a primary contact for customer queries and complaints
Monitor key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction
Promote best practices in customer complaint management
Gather and analyse customer feedback
Drive a positive complaints culture internally to ensure complaints are welcomed and encouraged
About You
Experience handling and analysing complaints
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
Ability to implement and drive processes
Ability to act with sensitivity and remain objective and impartial
Solutions-driven with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Methodical and able to remain calm under pressure
Very strong telephone, written, and general communication skills
