About The Role:
We are looking for a Customer Relations Agent/Vehicle Service Agent (Dual Role) for our Napier Branch to provide outstanding customer service to our customers, ensuring they have hassle-free and enjoyable travels across our beautiful country.
This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays to support the branch's operational and fleet requirements.
Customer Relations Agent/Vehicle Service Agents (CRA/VSA) play a key role in the company. As the first and last point of contact with our customers, you are required to maintain professionalism and display outstanding communication and customer service skills.
This role is responsible for processing rental transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient counter process for our customers, and contributing to the branch's incremental sales performance. By focusing on the wants and needs of the customer, you will positively influence customer satisfaction and retention.
This role will also involve grooming the company fleet of vehicles, assessing vehicle damage, and completing fleet and administrative tasks like checklists and reports.
Key Skills We Are Looking For:
Full and clean Driver's license
Good level of computer literacy
Experience working within the car rental industry and using cars+ tech system is preferable but not essential
Willing and able to clean company cars to a high standard
