Worldline EFTPOS is so deeply embedded in NZ that to date we have put through over 16 billion transactions, worth an estimated $700B, and worked with over 120,000 businesses, covering more than 75% of the market.
Why we need you: As part of our Customer Onboarding team, we need to ensure accuracy and excellence in data entry and verification across multiple databases, including the onboarding of new merchants, processing of load requests, enabling/disabling functions, and handling closures of accounts. We need to manage service customer queries via emails and conduct audit checks against database reports.
What you are going to be doing. In this role, you will be spending most of your time on:
·Processing accurately and timely data entry of information to onboard merchants and process requests through multiple systems
·Providing accurate and timely audit checks against the database reports
·Answering phone and email enquiries via email or phone
·Providing excellent customer service to both Internal and external customers
In this role you can expect to work with people from across the business, although your primary relationships will be with the banks, Issuers and partners.
This is a permanent opportunity (40 hours per week) Monday to Friday - hours of work between 8am and 8pm. We offer a hybrid work environment; however, training will occur in the office for a minimum of 4 weeks. Post training, assessment will be conducted to approve the ability to work from home.
