You will be working with a collaborative, close knit and fun group of marketers based remotely.
This role is largely remote with the opportunity to go to the office in Auckland for in office time.
What you will be doing: Your primary objective is to turn customers into advocates.
You will be building and managing global customer marketing programmes to increase retention, referrals, loyalty and cross and upsell opportunities.
You will be working on their community strategy, building advocates and stories.
Giving our customer team valuable market insights.
Driving data driven campaigns to drive the strategies.
You will be crafting personalised messages and content.
Supporting and driving material for a range of activities from events, case studies to new initiatives.
What does success look like: Customer churn reduction.
New marketing initiatives.
Growing the community of raving advocates.
Increased participation in referral programmes.
Enjoying your role and the collaborative team.
You will need: Strong Marketing experience at a SaaS or relevant tech company.
Proven track record in developing customer marketing programmes.
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
Marketing automation tools and CRM including Marketo & Salesforce.
Confident with the ability to work quickly across multiple projects.
