The Role We are seeking an outstanding Customer and Logistics Support professional who thrives in a busy team environment.
In this role, you will be pivotal in managing customer-related telephone and electronic inquiries, process orders, and handle data efficiently while supporting our Logistics and Tanker Driving Team with key operational tasks.
Our team understand our customers and have an affinity with our rural sector.
Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.Process orders and maintain accurate records.Build strong relationships with customers through excellent service.Collaborate with team members to ensure customer needs are met.Maintain organized documentation and leave detailed notes for team communication.Provide support for the wider operations team on Sunday.
Hours: 40 hours per week, Sunday - Thursday.
(with ability to work from home on a Sunday).
During an initial training period (4 weeks approx), we would like the candidate to have the flexibility to work Monday to Friday in our office location to support the initial induction and training period before commencing the Sun-Thurs work pattern.
About You We are looking for a candidate who possesses a wealth of talent!
You are known for your excellent phone manner and have a minimum of 12 months call centre experience, can build rapport quickly, and work efficiently while maintaining accuracy under pressure.

Key Requirements: Minimum of 12 months experience in a call centre environment, preferably with logistics exposure.Proven ability to multitask while providing exceptional customer service.Friendly personality with a commitment to delivering excellent service to both internal and external customers.Positive, high-energy approach to work, with strong organizational skills.Proficient in MS Office and experienced with CRM systems with an understanding of logistics software and tools.Excellent communication skills.
