We have awesome benefits to support you including 5 weeks annual leave and hybrid working.About the roleWe're seeking a Customer Information Officer to join our Infrastructure Customer Team and play a key role in enhancing business management practices and customer service across our Infrastructure Unit.As a Customer Information Officer, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing customer-centric business processes aligned with our council's performance plan and asset management principles.You'll lead the resolution of complex customer issues, coordinate responses to information requests, and mentor staff to elevate customer service skills across the unit.
