The Role - Team Leader

As a new team manager to our business, you'll be ready to hit the ground running bringing buckets of people leadership experience. We love people leaders that can coach and develop their teams to bring our customers an exceptional service. Our industry is constantly evolving and an effective and focused team manager is essential to our team and customers success.

About You

You'll have proven experience in leadership or people management, love working in a fast-paced environment and being able to think on your feet. You may have had experience in customer service, retail, reception, or hospitality.

Confident, proactive, adaptable, and resilient, you'll have excellent communication skills and be able to lead a team of hard-working CSR's. Knowing how to 'connect' and bring out the best in people is something you do naturally and willingly.
