Our industry is constantly evolving and an effective and focused team manager is essential to our team and customers success.About YouYou'll have proven experience in leadership or people management, love working in a fast-paced environment and being able to think on your feet. You may have had experience in customer service, retail, reception, or hospitality.Confident, proactive, adaptable, and resilient, you'll have excellent communication skills and be able to lead a team of hard-working CSR's.
