Our commitment to reliable delivery and excellent customer service is the backbone of our growth and success.This role plays a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty by focusing on customer-centric strategies, team leadership, and administrative oversight to drive business success.Responsibilities:Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.Provide exceptional customer experience support.Complete new customer setups, credit checks, and Fuelcard service management.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align customer experience initiatives with business objectives.Analyse customer feedback and data to inform improvement initiatives.Advocate for the customer within the organisation to ensure needs are met.Candidate Requirements:Experience: At least 3 years in customer experience support, sales support, or related fields.Skills: Customer experience, emotional intelligence, organizational, and analytical skills.Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM systems, customer journey mapping, and industry regulations.Attributes: Self-motivated, collaborative, safety-focused, and committed to excellence and integrity.We will be hiring two candidates for this opportunity.
