This is a foundation level role within the banking industry and a great opportunity to learn about banking and financial service sector from the ground up, with the support of coaches and leaders, helping to set you on a pathway for a successful banking career.
Our afterhours team play a crucial role supporting our customers in their time of need.
They might be overseas, or here at home.
You'll be responding to lost or stolen cards, reports of fraudulent activity and general account questions including answering customer emails.
Our contact centre is open 7 days per week 24/7 to we are available for our customers when they need us most.
The Overnight shifts we have available are full time 40 hours:
Monday to Friday 10.00 pm to 6.30 am Tuesday to Saturday 10.00 pm to 6.30 am Sunday to Thursday 10.00 pm to 6.30 am This is us.

You're a night owl and have a lifestyle that suits these hours Experience working from home independently, and have a suitable home office Must have Fibre internet Minimum 2 years customer service experience, ideally in a contact centre An excellent phone manner and communication (both written and verbal) You are cool, calm, and collected and passionate about providing advice and support. Resilient and thrive in a fast-paced customer environment. You are genuinely passionate about delivering stellar customer service. Proficient with using technology and multitasking between different systems while actively listening is essential. Ultimately, you are a flexible team player with a motivated approach to life, looking to be part of a friendly, positive working environment. You will need to be available for the full-time training which is 8.30 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday for the first three weeks.
Training for our remote roles is done virtually.
On week four you will begin your rostered shift.
